MINING – MATERIAL HANDLING
As manufacturer, NH has received requests, designed customized solutions, proposed ideas for different needs in special applications and in the most diversified sectors.
This is the case, by way of example, of some mining machinery (trolleys that run on rubber tracks inside underground mines) which have been equipped with our MAXILIFT booms.
The machinery in object (pictures 1 and 2) is a self-propelled unit that places plastic pipes along the corridors of the mines. The crane arm “manages” this task and unloads, with scheduled regularity, pieces of plastic pipes that, once positioned by the MAXILIFT crane, are eventually assembled.
This application field example is already working in the mines of South America, Australia and some African regions.
